Cookie policy

A cookie is a small piece of data a site asks a browser to keep and send back on later visits. Cookies here are used narrowly, to run the site, and not to track anyone across the web.

• uhm_locale

  Records whether the site is being browsed in Turkish or English, so the language does not have to be guessed again on the next visit. Lasts one year.

• Supabase session cookie

  Maintains the signed-in session on app.uhm.co after sign-in. Set by the authentication provider and cleared on sign-out.

• hCaptcha cookies

  Where the verification check is configured, hCaptcha sets its own cookies on the sign-in forms to remember that a challenge was passed. They are set by hCaptcha rather than by uhm.co, are limited to those forms, and are not used for advertising or analytics.

No advertising cookies, no analytics scripts, no cross-site tracking. The only third-party script on the site is the sign-in verification check described above, and it runs on the two sign-in forms only. Marketing pages are counted in aggregate: how many visits a page received on a given day, and which campaign brought them. No script, no cookie, and nothing that identifies a visitor. The only per-visit data collected remains the click analytics described in the privacy policy, recorded at the redirect itself.

The light or dark theme preference is stored in the browser's local storage rather than a cookie. It never leaves the device.

Both cookies above exist to make the site work. Clearing them means the language preference is requested again and the session ends. Browser settings allow cookies to be blocked or deleted at any time.

This policy may be updated as the product changes. The date at the top of this page is updated accordingly.
